I have shifting my household goods from Imphal to Pune vide challan no. GWH001761, goods handover on[protected] from Imphal and delivered on[protected] and following conversation start with the company : - Dear Sir, I am very thankful to u for delivered household goods on[protected]. At the time o[censored]npacking of the goods on the same day by your representative, the two items found damaged, one is fridge from legs and second is microwave from power supply cord, which is also record on the delivery receipt and your customer care team confirm on phone and said that u call technician of the authorized service center of the respective manufacturer of the goods and forward the quotation for payment. When I have open other goods, which are also damaged like, mirror glass broken, plastic container, glasses etc. The above damaged goods physically seen, but major item LED TV, it is not looking damaged when physically seen, but when we operate the LED TV, its screen not comes on full screen, then I have called service centre of Samsung LED TV, its service engg. said that your TV panel has been broken and it should be changed and quotation provide u within 3-4 days. So u r requested to visit the same to resolve all the issue. But we have not received up- to[protected]till today). It shows that Agrawal packers and movers only take advantage of the reputed name not care the customers.
