AGMP Gwalior — Not payment maturity of p.L.I

I beg to say that i am c s rathore accountant unique employee code no[protected] & ddo code [protected] office of asistant soil testing officer narsinghpur m.P . My p.L.I polcy no mp/789-c monthly premimun rs 26.00 has been deducted from my salary from oct 1985 to jan 2015. My policy premium has not been recived from july 2010 to jan 2015 to indian post office that my policy was matured on jan 2015 due to not recived my policy perimium the indian post office is not paid my policy maturity amount till now . Kindly sent policy premium to the indian post office as soon as possible
