Agrawal Packers & Movers — Damage of Oil Tank Of Royal En field Classic 350 during Transportation

Sir, I availed the services of Agarawal Packers Movers, GC.No.4406397 dated 2/5/2015 for shifting my house 22 packages of my house hold articles from Kolkata, Baghajatin to BDA Colony Bhubaneswar. Amongst 22 packages there was one Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bullet. On unloading and unpacking the same it was noted that the oil tank of the bullet was damaged . It appears that some heavy weight item was puit over the bullet. I have written to company. But have not received any response from there side. Kindly help what to do?
