Royal Enfield - Faulty meter in Thunderbird 350 2014 Model

Hello, I have a thunderbird 350 it has just completed a year in may. I had digital meter issue before bike completed a year and also informed the dealer regarding the same. They said they dont have meters in stock. So i emailed Royal enfield customer care service email id. They gave me a contact number after a week and several emails to whom i contacted he said they will get meter in two weeks but it is been a month now and there is no communication from Royal enfield also they are not replying to my emails also....

Royal Enfield - Faulty Fuel Tank

When i bought this bike from Manmohan Autos on 2 October 2014. After 1 month I did notice there is a change in colour on fuel tank. Than i went to a local dealer of royal enfield Guru kirpa Autos and they have been tentalizing me for the last 4 months that we will replace ur tank but they did nothing so far...Plz look into the matter at the earliest...

hey this is Amit Bishnoi from gurgaon.i bought my classic 350 in october 2014 from aman automobiles gurgaon. From the very 1st day when i have to start my bike through kick.i had to around 15-20 kicks in winters then my byk got to be started. but i didnt care as i thought that may be engine is getting colder. BUT this problem is same in summer season as well.i went 2-3 authorised mechanics but still NO IMPROVEMENT.I still have to kick many times.this problem happens only in the case of kick start not in electric start. PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO....

I am Amaresh from Jamshedpur. I have ordered a royal enfied electra 350 silver colour at "aruna motors" adityapur pin- 831013, Jamshedpur on 18th dec 2014. The dealer has kept me waiting since then and I have not yet got any conformation regarding its delivery. Dealer is now stating that eicher motors are not manufacturing silver colour royal enfield electra any more. Dealer is now forcing me to buy a black colour royal enfield electra. this is very frustrating waiting for 5 months in futile....

I Have purchased A Royal Enfield Electra 350 From Gulzar Motors, Sirsa haryana in june 2014. I am having major problems from the very next day onwards of the delivery date.. 1.Engine noise. I have purchased my bike in june-2014. Still these issues are not resolved. I have given my bike to gulzar motors more than 10 times. They will keep my bike in service centre for more than 4-5 days. I have sent many mails to Royal enfield, but nobody was taking responsibility to fix this issue. After that bike is vibrating too much Again I went to gulzar motors, still issue is not resolved....

Hi, I have done my fifth services for my classic 500 RF bike from St: Mary's Ernakulam. I have given my bike to them on 19th April ad Return it on 20th April. Major issues i have mentioned problems in wiring and fuse. Also there are some noise from the engine, need to check the break (break has to check in a normal service and its base line expectation). After this service I went for a trip. I have understand that they have not even done a normal general checkups for my bike. Please see the issues i faced while driving 500 Km after the service. 1. Hi, This is regarding my complaint number 150967. As you already know I had issues with the digital meter and I had a word with your Territory Service Manager Mr. Akhil Mishra. So when I met him on 20/04/2015 at 11:00AM that time he told that it will take ample lot of time to fix the issues which was not told to me before hand. So when I visited again on 25/04/2015 he told me that all the digital meters arrived at his center are not in working conditions which shows the callous attitude your staff is having towards customer satisfaction and also at the same time I lost my helmet in your service...

On 14/02/2014 I've purchased brand new ROYAL ENFIELD THUNDER BIRD 350 CC bike in Cash from the N.P AUTO local dealer in GANDHIDHAM- Kutch, Gujart From the very 1st week me & company dealer found the error of irritating engine noice. This is very sad and very horrible incident with me I was driving my royal Enfield 350 DL1SY 1546 which was bought on the 25 feb 2015 got fire when I was driving it and I had got shocked and in very depressive condition but some how I managed to save my self but I could not expect this kind of problem could be done with this bike but now I am very disappointing with this bike and I hope I will get a very positive response at the earliest to rid this problem. I ride only 7500km on my royal enfield classic 350 and about 16 teeths are broken ...i didnt expectd that i have to change it so fast...too much noise is coming from the rear wheel ad chain..m totally unsatisfied with their products that royal enfield are providing to there customers...its unreliable and the worst quality products...my vehivle no is WB01 AC 0759...

Hi, i bought my royal enfield 350 classic from marikar motors thrissur in 12 march 2015. My problem is when i ride my bike its rear view mirror vibrating very badly. When i inform to service centre they suggest me to change the handle. And also inform me that it is now common to all bikes. I don' t know what to do. Hi, I was trying to approach the SaiRam Autocraft Serrvice Center, Mahadevapura, Bangalore for my Classic 350 service from past 1 week. I visited the service center 3 times already. And on all the 3 days, they told that they won't take the bikes for service as they have more bikes already. As I am facing few complaints for the bike(which i will raise it as separate Complaint), I wanted to get those resolved along with the service asap. I told them that am ready to wait for 2 days for delivery if they take the bike for service. But they are rejecting it. This is the height of customer negligence...
