Royal Enfield — Thunderbird 500 Wheel spokes cut on run

The thunderbird 500 spokes got cut on run 3-4 spokes from inside the wheel hub how come this is possible for 2 lakh worth of bike . That too they say its cruiser. how can i trust this bike and take high way and long tours. How come it can come out in 8000 km of run worst build quality by the manufacturer. More over they dont give service history of their repairs at Service center because the consumer will go and file a consumer complaint . CVS motors worst response to customers....

Why such a pathetic service? second complaint in less than 4months .. First while buying, second while riding! thank you RE both with the same showroom: GO green motors( purchase and service). MY bike from Day 1 had a faulty fuel gauge and its been 4 months now, they replace with other faulty fuel guage and I get stuck up somewhere on the roads with an empty tank. If that was the only problem, I would have atleast not been this furious. Their service is even FUCKED UP ( sorry about the language!) .. the moment I hit 3rd gear the bike gets a jerk, (not happened before the service) .. and its been...

Royal Enfield — Sri velavan motors service extremely poor

I am facing continuous service related issues from sri velavan motors (Aalapakkam, chennai). Every time i give the vehicle for service the compliant is not addressed properly.

Recently they have given me the vehicle without even checking battery status. I have pay them the pick up and drop fees again and again after service and my complaint is not being resolved. Also i have told my fuel guage is not working and they have given me back without addressing.

Also. I also got few information that the technicians working there are not equipped to handle the re....

I m purchasing 350 classic on shri mahadev agency noida.
I ve booked my bike 10/10/16 they were promised to me... He delivred my bike on 24 but they dont he give me on 28/10 n talking language very vilgure.
On deleveiry he promised to me he was provide me the temprary number paper on 3-4 working days but today 25/11/16 he was not provide to me.
When we call him they dont pick my call supose bymistake he pick the call those time him talking language very dirty (I cant descirb there).
Please help me n provide me the my temprary number paper please

Full Payment of Rs 1, 56, 817.00 made on 20th November 2016

We are being refused Number Plate Painting with Registration Nos by Mr Rudra. He was extremely rude when I told I would be taking up this matter seriously. The ORIGINAL PASSPORT also is with them given for Registration Purpose.

Bike was needed today as it is my Son's Birthday (Praveen Bhatnagar) and the whole purpose is lost.

Please help resolve matter immediately and oblige

Royal Enfield — Royal Enfield Classic 350 Poor Quality

Dear Sir, I bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in July 2016. Now it has covered a distance of 7200 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that 25 teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. I bought this bike for Rs 1, 45, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is TN-10AT- 4578. Please do the needful....

I gave my RE 350 for service on 19/11/2016. I had wobbling in my back wheel and the job card was placed for the same... I received a bill amount of 699 on Sunday stating the issue is fixed... But when i came to check there was nothing done in my bike... The wobbling was still there... The mechanics said they will check again and asked me to come on Monday. Again I came on Monday the issue was not fixed. I had to return without my bike. Im here again on Tuesday and did a test drive but the wobbling is still there. Also I heard bearing noise. After having a frustrating experience & utter disappointment I'm mailing you with my grievance.

I've placed an online order at Royal Enfield Store on Oct 23, 2016 to buy riding boots for my upcoming all India ride for which I'm making a travel documentary in my Desert Storm 2014 Model.

First they shipped me a wrong size(size 43 instead of size 42), Then after numerous calls to incompetent customer care executives, finally my order was reverse picked up for exchange after long delay.

I haven't received my actual order till now which was placed over a month...

Firstly i was looking for the Classic 350 Maroon.I have searched in the RE forum and got that it is banned.I have checked the same with showroom people(Sanjay and Mathew). But firstly they told it is banned and after some time told Royal Enfield classic 350 Maroon(Faulty/Defective/Rejected/Returned but not revealed) is available and recently their manager booked and cancelled and they suggested me if you want early delivery go with the bike. We will deliver you within 15 days.
So i asked clearly that if everything is ok with the bike then only i will go with the bike or else i will go for...

I had claimed insurance due to accident in the month of July, there wer dents on my tank, after denting and painting, the painting was not proper, Indian motors royal Enfield at Raipur, CHHATISHGARH, had promised they will do it next month due to unavailability of paint. When I had visited next month they continued with same problem and didn't re paint my tank. Now they are saying "we painted in proper way we are not responsible "....

Please help me out of this because this is the 2nd time when i am facing the same problem from royal enfield service center (Lamba enterprises). They charged me inr 5528/= and i have already paid but still i am getting my bike. Biggest problem is there is no one to listen the issue. I have given the bike in morning 9:30 am and getting the delivery time at 4 pm but when i was reached there around 6 pm work is going on and i have to leave the bike there... Not leave they forced me to leave the bike because there is no one to handle and i was waiting there till 8 pm. Everyone...

I have bought royal enfield classic 500 just a month ago and since i have bought it, is creating a hell lot of problems. first of all, it is not starting by self-start easily. then after kicking several times, it gets started. recently on (11th nov. 2016) the uncommon incident happened with my bike. when i came back from outside to my home, i turned off the bike but it was not getting off anyway. and creating weird sounds from the engine. means, after investing so much amount of money, company is making fool of customers....

1 i am purchased bullet standard bike from anjane royal enfield showroom in ramgarh cantt. (Jharkhand) i have submitted the documents on dt 19 oct 2016.

But my bike not received till date now. I have calling some times csd delar aman but he replied me negatively i am army person and i am going to leave on dt 11 nov 2016. But not any response from mr aman till date. Pls check and reply on the same.

I booked my bike on 1 august 2016 the showroom owner give me the delivery time within 1 month but their is 3 month completed he talk rudely when i call at show room and says bad words to me .They give my bike to other customer who gives him some on payment so i wish that kindly take my problem seriously otherwise i filed a consumer case at royal enfield...

I gave my new Royal enfield classic 350 cc bike first servicing in Go Green servicing center, gachibowli, Hyderabad on 19/10/2016 My C.S.T No & TIN NO: 36426129243. After completion of servicing I've recieved my bike and from the very next day my bike started troubling like the self start and horn failed to work and also the ammeter.
