I purchased a bullet 500 forest green today on 22-02-15 from Manzil motors Gurgaon. It was a very bad experience for me when I took delivery of my vehicle today. 1. Only 2 litres of petrol was poured in the fuel tank. I had downloaded the bullet 500 manual from royalenfield.com and it clearly mentions in PDI sheet that 5 litres of petrol has to be filled. When I asked the staff to give 5 litres, to my surprise, the manager and the owner of the dealership was very arrogant and misbehaved with me. I purchase a bike MODEL - Royal Enfield CLASSIC 350 CC, MAROON on 31/07/2014 from VOYAGE MOTORS which is authorised dealer for Royal Enfield invoice no - VOYAGE 568/2014-15 . From the first day engine colour has dotts which is looking very bad, but voyage motors inform me, this is buffing issue . They will solved after rainy season . Hi Team,

My odometer of my new bike is not working from day 1, after my first service it was replaced but the problem is still persisting, i have complained this on my second service and the supervisor claims it is a faulty part and they cannot do much on this case as they have many bikes with this problem and cannot be fixed. I spoke to manager and he is yet to come back to me, as he claims this part is out of stock. Service station and showroom people are least bothered to know or fix the problem. In 3 months this part is replaced twice on a new bike and the problem is still persisting....

Myself PRAWIN SHARMA from Kanpur (UP).I have thinderbird350 from Sareen motors .I have given my bike for first service yesterday and got it back same day evening.i have gave than details of problems which was i was facing during ride.but still they do nothing with tham even make the conditions worst...they only change the oil and oil filter which was chargeable ...after service bike not taking proper pick-up and producing too much abnormal sound...I told than about this .They ignore me ant said it will eliminate with the time...after that they never take my call...I think this was worst after sell...

TB500, battery is dead & now service station ( north delhi motorcyles ) delhi, says that it is direcly insured with product ( exide) & nor dealer, this is sheer harrasment as this was not told at the time of purchansing the bile, now you keep on searching for exide service station by your own & get your battery fixed. what a service ?...

I own Bullet electra 350CC, bought it 4 years back from Brawn Automobiles Gurgaon, Haryana. Till 500 kms everything was smooth and nice. But during second service I faced some issue with my rear drum brakes. They used to make some squeaky sound and it used to progress the more I used to drive it. I had it checked at service centre and they said my brake shoe needs to be changed so I got it changed. The issue got sorted for few days and again the problem started.

I have booked a black classic 350 from Teknik Motorcycles sarjapur signial on a Aug 10 2014.my friend who has booked same vehicle after me got the vehicle and for me till now they have not given, 7th feb i have payed money and they are telling next week till day. I got Royal Enfield Thunder bird 350cc on Jan-10/2014. I gave my bike for paid service on 26th December-2015 and after that there is a lot of the problem with the bike. First, they said there is a problem in fuel gauge, and I paid for new one. After 2 days, speed meter didn't work and there are other problems with the bike. I gave my bike again on 12/01/2015 and today is 16/02/2015; I am still waiting for my bike to receive. Every time I called them, they are saying a spare parts problem. It's been more than a month I didn't use my bike. Very Confusion part is why this bike has these many damaged...

My royal enfield classic 350 silver chain sprocket is broken and it also causes problem in gear shifting and its horn switch is also not working i purchased this bike with my savings and lots of expectations but all in vain very disappointed with this bike and i will never buy this bike again and never tell any body to buy this bike it is very expensive and doesnt give any satisfaction these all things is happening in less than one year i want u to refund my money or i will file a case against you ....

I bought Thunderbird 350cc Marine colour from Kayjee Engineers, Hyderabad, on 24th August 2014. I HAVE SUBMITTED MY BIKE ON 22ND DECEMBER FOR REPAIR . IT MET WITH ACCIDENT ON 21ST DECEMBER . THE SURVEY OFFICE DONE THE SURVEY OF THE BIKE ON 24TH for insurance claim. i have submitted the bike on 22 December they updated it will done by pong al . I have Black Classic 350 Bike purchased on Feb-2014 and my bike silencer mask and wheel rim was rusted and become dull in 3 months. I have given to the Chennai Anna Nagar Southern Motors service center. They told in a week time we will replace the parts. but after six months they are doing anything for this Issue. More Over my bike battery gone it has been taken back by service center guys they told we will replace it in 3 days, but now 3 months gone still they have not replaced so im not able to start my bike from past 3 months.
