Ahmedabad Traffic Police — Illegal towing of 2W from parking area and levy of no parking charging unethically

I visited near alpha mall vastrapur on yesterday 22/09/2020 at around 1.00 pm and parked my 2W No 2039 at the parking area in front of the alpha mall at one side of vastrapur lake where around over 100-150 vehicles were already parked. I came back at around 1.55 pm and found my vehicle missing. the nearby shop told me that it was taken away by traffic van. it was a surpise that how a vehicle was towed from parking area. if that was not a parking area then how only one vehicle was taken away. I clicked a photo as attached. I visited to Topa circle to have a word with the respective authority where my vehicle was lying. I showed the photo to the office but he was not not ready to listen anything. The photo is showing a board of YULOZONE mentioning no parking by this private persons. Even i did not park my vehicle in fornt of the board of this cycle area. But i had to pay Rsw. 750/- and took the receipt to get released by vehicle. Is this board fixed by the traffice deptt ??? or the traffic deptt is authorised to take any vehicle from any place as per their discretion to cover their target of income generation????
