Ahmedabad Traffic Police — Notice Red light violation on 24 oct 2021

Vehicle No. GJ01SU8220 is penalised for red light violation on 24th oct 2021 at Star Baazar. The said challan indicates Penalty to be paid, Rs.500. On the same site "Notification Compounding Fees" says for 2 wheeler, penalty for red light violation is Rs.100. If so, then why I am being charged Rs.500. Please clarify at the earliest. My vehicle has-been toe today by Crane and kept at Prahladnagar garden area. When I visited the traffic police seated with 5 to 6 in team.They not taken a single rupee from a girl which activa was toe and forcing me to pay Rs.750. They misbehaving lot and since I have only Rs.180 the crane person forced to psy 300.I arranged and when I fave him he niot issue a receipt.

Are ruled for girls or boys are same for traffic violation?.They have a discretionary power to release vehicle of anyone and abuse and charged as he think without receipt?
