I got an e memo yesterday and reason thay mentioned in the memo that I did red light violation and in the photo i was on zebra crossing.The thing is that the phoyo is not color and my leg was also not on the road that means I am driving the vehicle.how can I recognise that the signal is red or green. I need color photo show I can see that the signal is red or green.
