I have received three memos back to back but, seeing the photo graphs uploaded by you in the memo shows the clear cut sign of green signalling and not only me but all had started to go. At the same time in your photo graphs there is no vision of signal poll. And hence i am damn surprised how this memo has been issued from your end.
