Booked two tickets for the flight on 12th march 2017 from hyderabad to chennai, pnr no. 02t3x0 which was cancelled due to operational reasons. It has been almost 3 months and have not received refund yet. Every time i mail them, they reply saying that it will take 15-20 days. Please help me in getting my refund back. When i call to the customer care number it says that the number is temporarily unavailable and for some numbers it says incorrect number. The reason they gave me 15-april-2017 rs 4722 credited into my account was supposed to credit into some other account. But this amount credited by aircoasta airlines into my account due cancellation of flight which i was supposed to fly from hyd to chennai and find details in below messages. Also forwarded below message to branch manages and so far no information received from branch manager. Kindly look into this matter and advise me accordingly.
