[Resolved] Air India — Complaint Regarding non issue of Boarding Pass at Delhi Airport by Air India | |||
Respeted Sir, I haven't been allowed to board the flight from New Delhi to Bagdogra on 9th March 2014 by the airport authority due to which my ticket have become No Show. As per the rules i reached the airport prior to 1:15 hour before the schedule departure but still i wasn't issued the boarding pass. I claimed at the counter to check the cctv camera footage but they said they didn't have time to check the footage. I have taken in written from them the reason of not allowing me to board the flight with the Air India Stamp.I even asked them to make some other arrangements of today or tomorrow as its not my fault but they clearly said they can't help. Being a Student and a lady passenger i had to face all this. Kindly see the matter. My ticket details are provided below.This mail is also sent to the airindia customer grievance.
