[Resolved]  Air India Express — No refund after cancelling flight instead of rescheduling automatically buggy software

I have made a booking initially for airasia flight from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar on 17th Feb with PNR Q1VWHC but due to some reason I have to postpone my travel to 19th Feb.
Since I got better offer on Makemytrip I made a fresh booking with PNR E9NLKH for 19th Feb and cancelled the existing booking with PNR Q1VWHC but somehow on your site it shows I have rescheduled this Q1VWHC PNR and asking me to pay Rs.3000 instead of refunding me the amount after deducting the cancellation fee.
I contacted the customer support and useless TIA also and everyone mentioned we can not help with it as there is due amount of Rs.3000 need to be paid.
Requesting a quicker and faster resolution from your side. Customer care should have at least some common sense to check it as why one person will book same flight same day twice.
Attached 2 photos from AIX support where same person being asked to web checkin with 2 different PNRs including the one which I cancelled but according to airlines it is rescheduled because of buggy software they have ( same time booking with a different website and same time cancelling the existing one software could not handle it gracefully. I am 100% sure there is a bug in the software ), please resolve this immediately otherwise I will be posting this in all social media websites so that people refrain from using this airline. Very inconvenient and mental stress this airline has given. I will file a mental harassment case also.
