[Resolved] Air State Courier — Delay and Misbehaviour | |||
It is very Shameful of a nationalised courier company that they haven't trained their sales force and office staff to speak properly Firstly, I am yet to receive a very important courier from Bangalore in Bhubaneswar it was dispatched on 14th July and today is 19th and I haven't got it yet. This is very unprofessional on your part and I could have ignored this fact also if the second thing didn't happen. Secondly, I spoke to a representative named Ms.Megha ([protected]) and she spoke very rudely with me.She has no manners and hasn't learnt how to speak, especially to customers. We also deal with customers, but we don't dare to speak like this because we know what customers are and above all, we have learnt manners. This is very disheartening that this incident has happened. This is the first and last time I am saying, if I don' t get an apology mail from your head marketing or whoever at the top responsible on her behalf I will go to the consumer forum.
