My name is Raj gupta. so all this incident was held with me on[protected]. a person name ronak patel ( [protected], [protected] ) was call me and saying that i cal from airborn international we saw that you applied for data entry work so are you interested and i say yes and after this they told me about work that you have to fill 670 forms in 7 days per form you achieve 41rs. and they signed contract with me and demand my aadhar card, photo and signature and they also told me that if you not achieve 90% accuracy or not complete work under the deadline so you have to pay utility charges and i accept beacuse my financial condition is little bad that's why and after this i start my work from[protected] and completed my work on[protected] before the deadline and i filled all the forms in a very correct manner.
after this on[protected] i signed in airborn international link which is sent by ronak patel and saw that my all forms are wrong and i shocked. then i received call on same day from abhinav narayan kumar ( [protected] ) and they told me that you received a QC report of your work and at this time i don't received any QC report. so i told them that i dont received any QC report and after this they sent me the QC report and when i opened my QC report i shocked because my QC report shows that i achieved 87% accuracy. they call me again and saying that you achieved 87% accuracy and it is very good so if you want to generate your salary then you have to pay 20, 500/- for correcting the incorrect forms and it is optional and i deny with this deal so they told me you have to pay company utility charges which is approx 6, 000/- according to the contract and i also deny with this and then they told if you not pay we will take legal action against you and i say ok ( aapko jo krna hai krlo ) because i 100% sure that it is fraud.
on[protected] i received a fake FIR report from company heplline number and the fake FIR is made by adv. ayush mehta ( [protected] ) and after this i call ayush mehta and they told me that you breach the contract and you have to come nashik district court on[protected] and i refused beacause all this are fraud.
one thing i also noticed in my FIR that FIR no. is same with all other FIRs which is posted in google by other data entry fraud survivors.
so its my request to higher auhority that please take strict action against all these frauds because they spoiled most of the student lifes. In this fraud i dont lost my single penny but even then i file complaint about this fraud.
the company address which is given by me is written on company's PDF which is sent by ronak patel.
