[Resolved]  Aircel - Karnataka — No internet access on Aircel. No 3G speeds at all.

To the concerned authority, I am regular 3G user of your esteemed network, [protected], being the number which i use 3G. I have always activated either the 997 plan or the 693-697 plan. However, off late, Aircel internet is giving me a harrowing time, with problems ranging from "NO 3G SPEEDS" to "NO INTERNET ACCESS AT ALL". I would also like to mention that the Customer Service Executives are USELESS and i wonder as to how did they even land up a job . They have no brains and the most amazing fact is that the technical team is the most untrained, uncouth, illiterate and inefficient team i have ever come across. Ever since my last recharge of RC 693, which is my usual recharge, whose plan entitles you to a high speed data quota of 7.5 GB at 7.2 mbps, i have hardly been able to access an hour's worth of 3G data. THERE IS PRACTICALLY NO INTERNET SPEEDS AT ALL WITH SPEEDS DIPPING TO 15 kbps, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE 6GB WORTH DATA LEFT and THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. Since the last few months, whenever i would recharge a 3G pack, i would have to follow-up with a call BEGGING them to do something about the horrible speeds and sudden disconnections, with all in VAIN. Everyday i would wake up and pray that the 3G WORKS TODAY! The CUSTOMER CARE IS SO ATROCIOUSLY UNSYMPATHETIC AND IGNORANT, THAT THEY DON'T EVEN LISTEN TO THE PROBLEM AND HANG UP SAYING THAT I WILL TRANSFER YOUR CALL, WHICH IS, IF AT ALL YOU GET THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER CARE. We as customers are treated like beggars and can't even do anything about it as there is no transparency in the system. I am sick and tired of calling up the customer executives regarding the lack of internet access and absence of 3G speeds. This is what i would call a final resort and i am done KNEELING WITH CLAPPED PALMS. While inviting you to their network with ENTICING plans, they never think of mentioning such discrepancies, but when they trouble you the whole day with useless messages and calls, they express no shame . I WOULD HEREBY LIKE TO MAKE AN APPEAL TO AIRCEL EXECUTIVES TO LOOK INTO MY MATTER AT THE EARLIEST, OR THE NEXT TIME I WOULD BE USING THIS AS AN ARGUMENT IN COURT OR FILE AN RTI STATING WHAT I HAVE STATED ABOVE, MAKING MATTERS MUCH WORSE. You people have no respect for consumers, just out to dupe and make money with the worst help-desk and customer support. Please resolve my issue concerning the internet problems and get in touch with me on my contact number provided at the end of this complaint. If the issue is resolved, i would take back all what i have said and even give certain positive feedback. As of now, SUCK IT UP!!.
