Aircel - to stop auto renewal of missed call alerts

Missed call alert pack gets auto renewed and my balance is gone. Even customer care doesn't pick up. Tell me a code to stop the auto renewal. And i have tried 155223 and deactivated but it does not stop the auto renewal. So suggest me how to stop the auto renewal....

Aircel - harrassing and deducting money without concern

I have an aircel connection +917059404955 from less than two months. I got irritated by recieving the promotional calls from them when i called the customer care to stop this, they replied it will take seven days to stop and from next day they maximise thepromotional calls and deducted Rs 10/ for an unknown download which i never didn't. I tried to contact the customer care in vain as there was heavy traffic. after six or seven days i contacted them and told we only register complain within 48 hours. so I again told them to stop the promotional calls and they again replied it will take seven days....

In our local tower range is too low, in some places there will be no signals The internet communication is too slow in rare cases only it works if the tower frequency is changed from 2G to 3G people here also will get benifit and also the company....

my name is Amit Singh living in lucknow! my aircel number is 8181938151. i was using aircel 3g internet but suddenly the mobile network on all my three aircel(including my family number), are dropped! i swithed off all of my cell phone then restart after 15 mins but the message appear that no network signal. (this happen only with my aircel number, all other network operators was worked fine.) then i call on 198 at 01:20pm on date:- 31/10/2014, and ask for the problems to the customer care. but i am shocked with the behavior of the customer care executive officer, his behavior was too rude...

i had been using 9994863891 aircel service for the last 1 year, though i take 3g data packs they unnecessarily detect amount from my main balance, when i call customer care they ll always ask us to call after 5 hours, if u call after 5 hours they will ask you call after 5 hours again, if u try again customer executives will be busy. today they had detected around 80 rs from my account even though my data pack was active. i had immediately called the customer service and he ensured that my data pack was active, so i tried use Internet again but to my surprise it has again detected balance from account....

My complaint is with respect to the harassment I am facing every time with respect to payment of my aircel mobile no 9716341192 bill. I have been using this connection for the last 3 years and not once have I defaulted in any bill payment. The bill is usually generated on 19th of every month and the due date is 3rd of next month. That means we have about 15 days time to pay the bill at our convenience. Here is where the horror begins. Dear Sir, yesterday i dialed 198 to tell them that DND is not yet activated on my number and still iam recieving 2 to 3 sms each day from company but the senior executive gave me a false information and told me that my number has to be older than 90 days to get DND service later when i told him there is nothing such condition since i had activated this DND on my other numbers as well, than again he tried to fool me by saying i had not applied for the service then i told him the date and time of supscription of service and also told him i have the service request number he said i have to subscribe...

I am the holder of mobile number 8801249144 of aircel.i used to get messages that i will get double talk time if i recharge with Rs 50/100/200 if I dail *121*050#. yesterday after dialling this number I got SMS that double talk time is activated in my mobile for one month.but to my surprise when I recharged with Rs 50 today ie on 29-10-2014 I got a balance of Rs 44 only...

Respected sir/madam, with extreme high regard and with pathetic mind i would like to let you know that the most regular and popular service Aircel operator in that region is becoming no more choice for customer like me and for thousand.The network is under Assam circle in Golaghat district, pin is 785625, and the area it covers is mostly Dolakharia gaon with kamarbondha region.Today there is no single signal to speak and most of people changing it to other service.From a reliable source it seems that the land owner of that cell tower misusing it with own intention and even technical error grasping...

Hi There, I have been writing to Aircel Karnataka Customer care (care.karnataka@aircel.co.in) from 22nd Oct'14 regarding my concern with reference to my mobile no: 9738111363, but it seams like they are least bothered to solve the query. I had activated Rs.12/- Pocket Internet (PI) pack on 19th Oct'14 after dialing 1288. The IVR states that the pack is valid for 3 days with 100mb of free data.
