I am Tharun, using Aircel for last 3 years, My mobile No.8553537543. As per the present experience I have to say Aircel is the worse service provider.My balance is getting reduced balance of Rs 5 every month (for last five months.)lastly i.e on 19/04/2015 at 9:32 pm Rs. 5 got deducted by Aircel just sent me a massage that “Thanks for using Aircel service.” in that time my phone was in locker I don’t know what service I had used. when i contact customer care they reply that i have downloaded a game even though i am using a basic mobile.. Aircel - very weak network

I am going to the countries best telcom provider and have experienced a pathetic network... there is no network, sometimes one singnal comes, voice quality is also not audible...customer care executives are never available 2 talk and the customer care helpline keeps me waiting for hours before getting connected, which gets disconnected due to network failure just after I tell them my name and mobile number...and the network problem actually disconnects my call atleast 4-5 times ...and to tell my worst experiences, I lodged a complaint on september8, they it will be resolved within 72hrs, next day...

Rs 50/- debited from my balance. It was deducted due to activation of any vas service ( totally unaware of this service and not used this service too). This service was deactivated by my side as soon as I saw a message of activation. This service wasn't activated by my side. This is second time...

I have recharged my Phone with 2g Internet Pack. But "Internet MB's" didn't show in my account. I called the aircel customer service but they told "Server is Down call us back after 4 hours. When I called the customer service after 4 hours they told me there is no MB's shows in my account. After spoke to that lady I have recharged. Then I spoken with my family thru this no. However my balance got deducted huge instead of new recharge. I bought paired sim (888315733 and 8883152333) and asked with cug plan in aircel store, Hosur.my unbilled amount found high.I contacted customer care and also aircel store several times.They told that the unbilled amount includes the cost for the cug activated calls and it would be deduced at the time of bill pay .Now only I am informed that cug was not activated. Now I am not ready to pay my bills....

I want to file a complaint where, whenever I pay the bill, the line isn't gets activated within their time limit, I'm really fed up with aircel customer service. Today afternoon I paid my bill saying it gets activated in half an hour, but still my line hasn't activated. Didn't even get good response from customer care when I called them. I can provide all my billing information, but I need my line to be activated within few mins, it's not a rocket science to do it, just make my line activate. I'm having a tough time here because i cannot send messages. i dont know why. i hv active sms plans and main balance too. but everytime i try to send a message the notification "messages not sent" comes out. and to add salt to my wounds, the sms packs jst expires after the validity is over without a single sms being sent successfuly....

networknot catch in akbar road, new delhi. and network problem ki vajah se net internet nahi chal raha hai. Hamar plan me milne wala 750 MB ka free internet 30/04/2015 ko laps na kare. Kyoki netwark problem se ham internet use nahi kar pay. Isme hamara kya galti hai. please hamar 750 MB me se balance MB ko 31/05/2015 tak badaya jaye. Akbar road, new delhi ka network sahi kare....

yesterday i had call on aircel customer care on 198. and asked him about 3g plan they replied me you have to done rs 52 recharge and you got 400mb 3g data but now i got 2g still they are telling that 3g is not available on 110044 delhi pin code. before the recharge they didnt tell me kindly reslove it asap...
