Aircel - Since more than 3 months Postpaid to Prepaid Conversion was not done yet

I have taken a postpaid connection from Aircel and I wanted to move it to prepaid coz I was not happy with the network. Since I gave the number to everyone, I just wanted to take it as a prepaid connection to make the number exist to receive calls. I have contacted the Aircel Customer Service Agent Miss. Revathi in Keela Maasi Veedhi, Madurai: Branch Office of Aircel, from whom the Connection has been bought. She advised to wait for the Bill Generation. Aircel - Unwanted schemes activated

Hi,
I am using Aircel Tamilnadu prepaid services. Frequently i am facing that money will be deducted from balance without my knowledge and activated some unwanted schemes. still now 170 rupees has been deducted from my mobile account balance without my knowledge. Regarding this i have called to customer care and asked them to stop these kind of activities but there is no action for this problem. Please help me to resolve this issue. Whenever i do top up recharging with in 4 days provider activating some services without my knowledge and deducting money from my balance.

I have done 199 RC from top ups & special recharge in aircel website. The plan has 1gb data and 90 rupees talk value. After getting a message from aircel saying 207:Txn No. CHR15012617061200118 to recharge MRP 199 is successful. I started using my mobile internet, end of the day I have been charged for all the usuage and I called up customer care they transferred my call to senior executive who not even attended. Loss of calling customer care 22 rupees. I had a talk value of 90 rupees where inspite of having 1GB data, I have been charged, and for trying to log a complaint against that...

Hi, I have been using Aircel for the past one year and since the day I changed my number, the reception of Aircel is really bad even in Metropolitan cities. Whenever I recharge my number via online portal it was not successfull. I had to use a third party recharge portals. And the money deducted for unsuccessfull transactions was not returned. I have called customer care several times and they are not responding properly....
