Dear sir, hello on Feb 20, 27 and march 05 from my account 25, 5, 10 rupees deducted automatically by activating POCKET STORE. I gave one complain regarding this on Feb 20 but rather than your customer service executives help me out of this they blocked my number to call customer care . Therefore I humbly request you to kindly consider this matter and refund my 40 rupees and hope I will get good response. Other wise I will gave complain on consumer court regarding this....

My name Indrajit Saha using 9749010727 aircel number. My balance was keep on deducting by activating unwanted services. If i am going for help customer care service executives doesnt talking properly. They disconnecting call without hearing my problem completely. They blocking every aircel number from which i am contacting. When i am contacting from my friend number 9851210445 one customer care executive talking very negligent and blocked the number with the intimation. He disconnected my call without hearing my problem. If this problem not solved i will proceed with further action legally......

My mobile no. Is 8386968858 on the name of Arvind singh On 27 feb I was surfing Internet service provided aircel .When I woke up morning message of service activated and reduced 30 rupees. On 28th feb when I complained on their costumer helpline they first didn't talk immediately and disconnected one time then after having 30 minutes engaged they disconnected . I tried second time and after a long time affort when I contacted them the boy of complain centre named Hemendra talked bad mannerly and challenged me to complain any where else but he would not refund money and will not help . so plz...

Around more than a week ago I took an AirCel number which is ...from your Aircel Store Neb Sarai near by Hanuman Dharam Kanta.before getting a number i Ask the dealer how much time it will takes to activate he said not more than a day but thay did'nt activate my number still my number is showing insert sim card minimum ten to eleven times i have told them to activate my number but thay don't and yesterday evening they suggest me to get another aircel number from their store at same price i'm not ready to paying again and again because i don't have so much money to expense like this...i need an aircel...

Respected sir/Ma'am, Since 5 days I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. Firstly Rs15 was reduced and a messege came thank you for using aircel service. I sent a message to toll-free no. 155223 to stop any activated service on my aircel number, But I got the message in reply as "There is no service request available againest your mobile number. 1. I went to Odisha for 15 days and before leaving Chennai I went to the authorised customer care centre of Aircel near High court and they told that if I will be on Aircel network then there will be NO Roaming charges. But they charged roaming charges on incoming as well as outgoing calls. 2. They have disconnected my number on 23-02-15 saying that there is not enough credit in your account and after paying Rs.200 as part payment on same day they did not activate my account. Aircel - Recharge not given

Today Aircel sent me a sms saying - "RC Cash Back Offer ! Recharge with RC-19 and get additional Rs. 10 talktime in your main a/c within 24 hrs. recharge Today." I did the easy recharge. But later on I saw the TT = 0 INR, P.F.-16.91 INR, Service Tax 2.09 INR. And I cudn't call any number....

Without my request my bill plan changed, I fully paid December bill with bill revised request. Not updated in next bill of Jan, but i paid my adjustment of request with mail intimate to aircel. Dec to Feb bill not revised my bill also asking late fee. My request has been taken by aircel & customer care (grievance) guy told, we'll discuss & call you back. But no use or not solved. I request you to please solve it....

Hello Sir, Today I recharged a 3G pack for my mobile number using Paytm. But during recharge I entered wrong mobile number and number which I recharged was not even existing now. This is Arun. I bought a new aircel data sim from aircel store perungudi chennai on Feb 28th 2015 which costs Rs.400 for 4gb (30 days) at around 6PM. The person who handed over the sim said, I can start using my data pack after televerfication around 8pm. I completed the televerification and sim got activated. But I was not able to use my data. when I enquired about this in televerification, they said like recharge has not been done from aircel store. Aircel - RC11 validity automatically extended

I have recharged RC 11 on Feb 20, 2014 for roaming purpose (Mobile number - 8801446115). As per website, it has 4 days of validity. Upon complaining over the email, Aircel Customer Care replied (Req. Id. ERN-1517164-HVKXJG), Rc.11/- pack validity is 20 days; the pack will expire 14/03/2015. Now, if look at the difference between date of recharge and expiry date, it is 23 days, not 20 days as said by CC. So it is very clear that the have made some nonsense reply. Even after that I have replied them. But there's no response. I should have charged 25p/min from Feb 24, 2015 instead of 1p/sec. Clearly,...
