My postpaid number is from karnataka but i am in kolkata for some work in the mean time my connection has cutted due to my bill credit limit was in near by my limit. Then i paid my bill in Kolkata City Center Outlet they have given me the bill payment receipt but it was not activated after 3 hours as they said. Again I went to them they said that we dont know about it because it is other circle's number but we are sending them mail for it they will open your line within 3 hours but after 25 days also my connection is still suspended. pls look into this matter because it is an official number. Aircel - Bill paid but outgoing barred

i have paid my bill on the March - 13th, of an amount of Rs 1000 against the bill of 1350, there was no bill receipt generated and i immedietly contacted the bill desk for the same. they assured me to the update the status at the earliest, they reverted back to me saying that my amount has been accepted by the merchant and the same shall be carried to by bill, . 'Today my out going is barred, with the bill amount of Rs 1600 +, on checking my mail there is a mail back from the bill desk that the amount is refunded by the merchant and shall be refunded to my account is 5 - 7 working days. i was not...

Dear Team, This is to bring your notice that my incoming and out going call was disconnected . I have pay already 1000 rs on 23 march 15 . note when I got call from your collection team have clearly told me that we will way off your 100 RS for last month bill . then I want to know why my line has been disconnected . Also yesterday I call your call center team toll me that he will start my connection in 5 hr time still this is not happen . Can some one from your team to address this and closed out soon . Aircel - internet recharge activation problem and balance deduction

Dear sir, Yesterday evening I recharged my phone with 29 rupees internet pack but the pack was not activated and 11.72 rupees main account balance was deducted as internet charges. I called 198 but the customer care executive refused to lodge complaint for the balance. Even I had not talked with him rudely (youcan check the recordings), he probably had blocked my calls to customer care as I have been trying since last night continuously but still they are busy.The internet pack is not yet activated.Kindly help....

Recently from number of times when I recharge with 30 rupees recharge coupon then after few times 8-10 rupees suddenly deducted. When I contact your customer care they are unable to give a reasonable answer for my this problem & they gave me another number & told me contact on it for deactivating VAS from my number, when I called on it, then it says that I have not subscribed for any of VAS...

Hello, today I recharged my aircel number with 147 rupees on getting a message from the company telling that it is a special offer for me and then on recharging i see that i was not given money as main balance and rather it went as PF. Which is very disappointing. I am also facing issues like high call rates compared to other network companies. Hence i am highly disappointed and want a immediate solution to my problem. I not given i will take further steps to get my money refunded....

I have aircel gsm sim of mumbai circle my number is 8286102561 .in past 15 days i have registered 2complaints of vas activation without my request after which they refunded my debited balance. they also informed me that all vas services have been disabled on my number however today again RS5 got randomly debited from my account with vas service which i never requested for. this is happening again and again every alternate day aircel activates vas services on my number without my request and cuts my balance .i want amount debited randomly from my account back and kindly stop all vas services permanently....

Aircel - Refund of balance amount when switch over from Prepaid to Post paid

When my mobile no. has been made to postpaid two months back, I was informed that the amount in prepaid will automatically be credited and only correct amount will be recovered from me. But it seems that there is no amount deducted from the prepaid so far. I may be informed whether I would get reduced from the amount in credit in prepaid or not so that I can pay the amount thanks....

Dear team, I am highly demotivated after talking one of your executive in delhi office named NISHA.My phone no is 7530839121, as i was going out of the state i bought roaming pack + voice call recharge in which some data was also free(around 200 mb) But in spite of this i was charged heavily for calls as well as data.i was shocked for 3-4 mb data 40 rs deducted.total voice + data i was extra charged Rs 100 .Worst thing when i called customer care one of the executive NISHA talked very rudely u can check with your system. I am regular user of Aircel Pocket internet service and I recharge with pI47 frequently.I am getting message from Aircel that i will get 1gb data + Free 1gb data in my next recharge on PI47 and since then I have did recharge of PI 47 two times but havent received extra 1gb data for both the time....

Missed call alert service started after repeated call from Number 01400070177. No conformation message for activation was sent. After disconnecting the call immediately i received message, "Thanks for subscribing to Missed Call Alert at Rs.30 for 30 days validity.You will be renewed after 30 days.To unsubscribe SMS Stop to 155223." After telephonic talk with customer care executive he said that complaint is taken and deducted Balance will be credited soon, but No amount was received. I tried to contact again but my number 8097233989 was blocked from making call to customer care or complaint department....

I am r.rakesh mobile no is (8801421472) yesterday I call to customer care executive (198 tool free no) about the data is not connecting they told me that I am booking complaint ( I booked complaint) I told them to send me complaint number the kept in hold for 10 minute's to book complaint (noc) is there is need to keep in hold . I did a call again I asked them why u kept my call in hold last time who lift my phone give there id I will book complaint on them he told I will transfer to my manager and kept on hold Actualy in aircel they are not training good for costumer care executives I fried...

it’s really shame to say that it’s been past three months by balance is deducting automatically, whenever I am complaining all customer care executive are saying I have activated some or other services.
