Dear Sir. I have activate a 49 rs call rate cutter palne on my number 8386039132 on 03\12\2014 but my amount is deducted but plane is not activate I have complain many times in customer care but not any good reference received I really disappointed your customer care your customer service is very bad and if u don't activate my plane my number so I take a legally action . so plz check and activate plan in my number and kindly refund my extra balance so kindly do process fast ... If you don't provide any satisfaction so that tale a legally action...

Aircel - Port out request rejected without any reason

I am using aircel prepaid no 9708789456 since may 2014 and due to network problem i want to port out to other operator, but aircel rejects port out request each time without informing me and also aircel website dones not have feedback option when area is selected bihar or jharkhand. the first service request to port out was - 1-17157839062 which is closed on 18-Oct-2014 and the current service request no is - 1-17695992666...

I wish to bring to your kind attention that I was a Mobile Services BPL ----> Hutch ------> Vodafone for the past 12 years. Never in my life I had my number [9787772992] barred. My Aircel prepaid no. Is 7532836474. I have recharged my no with 1GB data pack. But when ever I am using the net, balance from my main account gets deducted. I have spoken to customer care representative 3 times. I was told some VAS Service has been activated and for the same I have to call or msg on 155223. I did the same. And I was prompted that My no. Aircel - Main balance cut automatically.

Sir, My aircel number is- 9851565622. My account was credited with 10 Rs. Yesterday as it had become 0. After recharging, I activated the internet service of Rs. 4 from the main balance. Today, my account was credited with top up of 200 Rs. Inspite of the remaining data balance my main balance is now 111 Rs. ( I recharged Rs. 2 Internet pack few minutes ago). Why should it be like that? Previously also ai lost 150-200 Rs. This way. If it continues I'll have to inform Buyer's care department immediately and stop using aircel as soon as possible. Aircel - Reduction of main balance without providing any service again and again

Respected Sir, since 5 days I am suffering from unnecessary reduction of my main balance. On 7/12/2014, Rs5 was reduced and a message came "thank u for using Aircel service" then I spoken to Aircel customer care, the told me that the charge was deducted for HUNGAMA pack. Then I requested then to deactivate this. Now, Today I again receive a a SMS (thank u for using aircel services). But I don't dial any code, don, t receive any call coming from the number which is started by +911400610***. I don't have any GPRS settings in my Phone. Then Why my balance is deducted??? Please make them to refund...

Today i.e. on 12.12.2014 at 3.45 P.M., I have received an SMS stating that:- "Thanks for subscribing to missed call alert at Rs.5 for 5 days validity. You will be renewed after 5 days. to unsubscribe SMS stop to 155223". In this context, it is pointed out that I have not subscribed to missed call any time. You are, therefore, advised refrain from doing this and withdraw your above said SMS immediately under intimation to me through SMS and also not to charge any amount on this account, failing which I will proceed to take action against you in the Consumer Court and any other relevant court....

My no is 8686573521, In this I have did recharge of 111 for local Aircel to Aircel free. According to company we need to pay for first 60 seconds, 2p/seconds but they are taking from account for 180seconds/2p that means I am losing everyday 2.40Rs without any services. Major problem with this, I am always unable to contact to customer care specially from my number. Always I am getting busy tone from customer care where as I am trying to call at least 20 times in a day but from other numbers I am able to talk to customer care....

I recharged with FTT of Rs..60 on 5.12.2014.I have call rate of 1P/2sec.I have not made calls of more than Rs.10 but suddenly I found balance of Rs.37 on 10.12.2014.same thing happened in my earlier complaint just 10 days before and iI was told that I used intenet by your call executive which was not correct.I also requested for DND service but no initiative taken yet.I really sorry to say that this horrible experience may force me to switch over to other network. On 28-11-2014 I recharged my Aircel mobile no: 9698128395. The said recharge is an web exclusive offer and I am a frequent user of aircel online recharge portal. The following text message was sent to me after I made payment through my debit card "Txn No. TNR14112822021600190 to Recharge MRP 146 is successful . TT= 146INR, New Balance 207.97 INR, P.F 0 INR, S.Tax 16.06 INR." The above said recharge offers me an Rs.146 FTT, 146 MB 3G/2G Data and 146 free SMS. I recharged a special recharge of 449 through aircel.com, but the transaction got failed, the amount of 449 was not refunded to my account, then I called the worthless Cust care, who just threw a stone saying that will be refunded with in 72 hours, that's fine and I was justified by that answer, but the second time i called another W l CC E, who told that type of failed transaction wasn't at all happened, I was shocked by the answer and some blah blah blah waste shit of communication done b/w us.
