Aircel is one of the most fraud companies I have ever came across. Never gives service after taking money from you. Their own IVR will not recognize your no. and keeps telling " This is not a valid Aircel no." Most recent incident being, I recharged with Rs 255 to get 2B 3G data for 30 days. Got nothing. Even after raising several requests, nothing happened, its being 3 weeks now. Government should take some action to resolve these queries. We are not billionairs here that these denominations do not matter to us or something. These are our hardon money and someone cannot simply rob...

Aircel - showing me net balance but while i connect net charging from main balance

sir my phone number is 8013406082, Aircel.when I am checking my 3g net balance by pressing *122*011# it is showing my 3g combo data pack is 250 mb valid up to 12/05/2014.and when i am checking my 2g net balance by pressing *400# it is showing that my 2g net balance is 500 mb.but when i am connecting both 2g and 3g aircel is charging me from my main balance. NB- i have not recharged for the net balances shown.it is shown automatically....

Aircel - Deducting balance without any information

I ported from Vodafone to aircel last month. Aircel gave me some offers also. But now they are deducting my balance once a week. They are doing it in a way that If i have 20 rupees balance they will cut 15 rupees and if i call customer care they will tell you subscribed to some service. If i have 10 rupees in my balance they will cut 5 rupees and told the same thing when i call customer care. They provide me number to deactivate the service which i didn't activated. If i call to the number they are telling there are no subscriptions on my number. And frustrating thing is customer care...

Hi Aircel, My Mobile Number is 9942677300, I have been using this number since 2007. I have lost my mobile on March 27, 2014. So I called customer support and asked them to block my Number and they did. Please refer my Complaint Reference Number (1-15177064393). I got back my number from one of your Service Center's by provide an ID Proof and a Passport photograph on 15-April-2014. They asked me to wait for 24 hours to get the Sim activated. But still my incoming and outgoing called are barred. I even called 59059 to make sure my Number is activated. They said its already activated. But...

Hi, This is S.Vijayakumar. I have a 3G datacard from Aircel with the number : 7299007026.I am currently in 999 datacard plan and my billing cycle is 15th to 14th. Last month, within a few days after the Bill was generated, my datacard's outgoing was barred and I was unable to connect to the Internet. I went to the Aircel office in OMR and they activated the datacard's outgoing service. I have submitted a complaint whereby Rs.90 has been charged on my no.9874634098 the complaint no. is 1-15235313510 please note that this complaint has been closed without confirming me it was lodged through your online site portal, when the charge were deducted i received a message "Thanks for using Aircel Service", however i havent used any such service these messages came while i was browsing.

They really are not bothered about their customers, before closing the complaint at least you should have called the customer and know his stand.

Aircel - Balance deduction

My talk time balance 49 rs was deducted by Aircel even after several requests to customer care also not responding and not interested to log the complaint and to return the amount. Aircel is cheating people by sending push through notifications even activating DND service. This is not the first and last incident with this provider.pls take action for cheating public.

While browsing the internet, Rs 50 was deducted from my balance and the reason given by customer service representatives was that it was due to using WAP services.But, since i had not opened any WAP enabled webpage, that is not possible.Also, nothing was downloaded for which i should be charged.This has happened previously, too.Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.Thank you....

Aircel - Rs 198 Balance deducted without any intimation / approval from the customer

This is regarding my Aircel no: 8906503140. On 3rd April (6 days ago) suddenly I was shocked to see that Rs.198 was deducted from my balance without any prior intimation. I use Rs61 power top-up and my call rate is only 32p/min. Thus it was not deducted for call. I use a basic Nokia 2G handset where I do not have Internet access facility, so no question of using Internet also. I was very surprised why the amount was deducted and it damaged my faith on Aircel completely. I called customer care multiple times for this and at last got the reference no: 1-15229092951. I am murali and I already held the number 9790987685. Its postpaid connection. Since it is postpaid connection, they were charged in excess every month. If I enquire they always says that u used some WAN services.Out of frustation, I gave complaint and request to change it into prepaid. They havenot changed it as early. After I raised some complaint in this forum, they made it changed. During the interaction with the tambaram branch aircel customer care office, they took the complaint for the mode of connection. I paid some 200 rupees extra to stop this funny things. Even then, they were relunctant...
