Myself apurba chatterjee using aircel connection, today aircel has deducted my balance without showing any reason and their customer care said that balance deducted can'nt be refunded. Previously they have did the same. They provided me a complain no -201296737477 and executive name - sanjay. The most worthless company i had seen before. Need to be punished for this type of problem...

Dear Sir My Aircel Prepaid number is 8896858690 (UP East). once again deduct Rs. 08.00 I have no any type of VAS(Value Added Service)is activated by me or any other mode but received a sms by aircel company that UPE3G8 service is active in my prepaid number....

Dear Sir My Aircel Prepaid number is 8896858690 (UP East). My prepaid account balance is before deduction(Date 01.06.2015) Rs. 21.33. And after deduction my balance is Rs. 00.33, no any type of VAS(Value Added Service)is activated by me or any other mode Never before deduct any charge for above service then why deduct renewal charge?...

I Rana Das, my phone number is 7278991886.from dated 27-7-2015 Aircel operator continuously deducted balance from my pH acct balnce for nonsense vas service activation bt I couldn't activate all that vas servises..When I call to the customer care representative for resolution they first time told me that " there hv some problm in systm so they can't see anything in systm so call them letter"..after some hours later I called them again bt they said same things.. then I called them again for some hours later bt after that they bloked my number, so I can't connect the call...

mein kuch time pehle aircel se jadu hu MNP ke through to mujhe plan mila tha A2A 5am to 5pm free but A2O par call rates jyada lag rahi thi to mene customer care par call karke pucha ki meri call rate kafi jyada lag rahi hai to unhone mujhe kafi rate cutter plans ke bare mein bataya phir mene unse pucha ki mere pehle ye plan activate hai 5am to 5pm free to agar me phir dusra koi plan activate karwata hu to ye deactivate to nahi hoga na. to unhone bola nahi hoga or mene unse 2 baar confirmation liya or uske baad 79 rs. Wala recharge karwa liya or phir mene check kiya to mere new plan activate ho gaya...

Aircel always cuts 10 to 20rs of balance fr no reason...this time it was heights...they did cut 78rs of my balance ...nd whenever i call customer care no 1 is there to ans..always the call is busy always...if by miatake they pick up the cal no 1 answers frm tht end...this is goin reallly bad now...m fed up of this company i wnt to chng the sim but i wnt my money back...

Everyday from my balancw Rs. 5 get deducted stating an sms "thank you for using aircel service". I have no VAS activated neither i use aircel gprs.Earlier i Didn't noticed but now its height . I tried speaking customer care executive but cracking IVR to reach a human voice is like a task to climb mount everest. So I have send sms multiple time to deactivate if any Vas activated for which i get sms no Vas activated. Seems aircel penalising customer for using their sim and services. Enough of my money cheated. I want satisfactory reply and reimbursement else i would prefer to go for number portability...

I am totally fed off with this connection. Any time balance from main account deducted. I have lost 200 rs from last 2 month. Now today again my balance got deducted rs 50. And yesterday only i hve reacharge my account,. I don;t have so money to recharge all the time. If i called customer service they do not respond properly. They said that u have only done by yourself. But if i done by myself why i will call them. I have done then it must me beneficial to me. I request to return my balance asap. I have the mobile connection of aircel. My no is 7278519478. Plz i request u to help in this matter....

Aircel walo ne hamara account se 28-07-2015 ko 67 rupees kaat liya hai internet pack activate bole kar jo humne nahi kiya hai aur refund ni kar rahe hai customer care wale koi responce nahi de rahe hai aur to aur aircel pe nodal officer ka jo number hai wo v galat bata ra hai...

My number is 8892359730.In July 25, I received a message that thankyou for subscribing the fun TV and charged Rs.15. But i didnt subscribe any service. Again they renewed it without my notice and charged Rs.10 I want deactivate that service. Need my money back....

Sir, I havSir, My mobile no is 8507088168 . I have bought new samsung galaxy J1 on 13th june having offer of 500mb data each month up to six month on using new aircel sim as first sim . I have followed all the rules that i have got on net and that was told by that shopperson. My aircel sim was activated on 16th june and till now i have not got that offer. I had send a message to 121 by writting PRIME . I have complend to aircel about this alot off time and they had called me on 8th jully and said that my IMEI no is not loaded on network so i will get offer within 7 days but it last about a month...

I have complained many times to consumer complaints and aircel also. But nobody responds to my compliant. I am facing so many problems on stress and business oriented problem also. I am facing this problem for one month but nobody answered my problem. The Aircel company is not respond to my compliant. what can i do for this problem? please clear my problem quickly because of the all my inconvenience. Thank you....

Some one stole my Lenovo P780 phone + Aircel postpaid sim bearing No: 09911914939 in New delhi Metro station on 27/07/2015 around 7:30 am. i want to block the sim card. police complaint will be done today or tommorrow as im having a very schedule....

My name is ranjan and my mobile n is 9852332563 Your services are very unsatisfied...me since a long time you have no any solution for your own services like a service which is activated by any your customers by mistake then your have no solution of it ...I have activated your services hangama by mistakes... But you charged me 5 at many time so I have join your care service 198 to deactivate it but you always say deactivate it to call 155223 but this service is so fraud and say you have no activated any value added services instead you charged me 5 every time... Resolve it as soon as possible......

I launched a complaint regarding unnecessary deduction by aircel and before it is resolved, Now the same thing aircel repeated again. I opened watsapp for just 1 minute and my whole balance was deducted which was 6.50₹. Even though I recharged with ₹14unlimited Facebook watsapp packpack, I am being charged heavily for opening these sites. The. Charges are more than tthe usual charges applied. What are you upto.?I want all my balance back which was deducted for surfing watsapp and also refund the recharge amount of rs 14 which was never applied by you on my no....

Aircel - Getting some unwanted services activated without our knowledge and deducting money for that

I have never subscribed for any services, but for the past 2 weeks getting messages saying "Thanks for subscribing Sparsh, and Rs. 7 deducted for it. Next deduction after 7 days". Lost rs.14 even though after replying them back to stop it. Really do not know what this Sparsh service is and how it is beneficial too. Please do some needful to avoid all such services and wastage of our money....

Hi, I have post paid connection for 9710408141 number listed in the subject. I used it only for 15 to 20 days and got transferred to Bangalore. So I contacted ur show room in kolathur to get the number disconnected. The rep told that I have be in a lock in period for minimum three months. So I stopped using it and got transferred.. few days back I received a call stating that my number as been deactivated and I need to pay around 800 rs . I said I will make the payment soon and don't want that number to be activated. Meanwhile got into serious personal problem that my father is hospitalized...

Aircel - Deducts money stating that we have subscribed for a service when we haven't

date of incident - 27/07/2015 at 13:32 hrs i got a message from airce that i have subscribed for their missed call alerts. whereas i never asked for that service. this is not the first time that it has happened. This happens atleast 4-5 times a year when my balance is deducted for any random reasons. i want my refund back and i hope this is the last time....
