Ticket PNR: YCO 287, Date of Journey:2/10/2012, From Dubai to Bhuj via Mumbai, flightNO:EK508/9W2533.
While starting from Dubai I was carrying baggage/box of total weight of 30 Kg. While changing flight at Mumbai I was forceably charged Rs.3150 towards excess/oversize baggage, which is totally wrong and I oppose the same.It is therefore requested that the illegal recovery worth Rs.3150 made from me should be refunded to me within 15 days failing which I shall be constrained to file legal complaint against Jetkonnect before appropriate forum.

Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund. You have a very prima facie case against the Company. They will certainly start responding to you immediately. I am a lawyer. Please do not hesitate to call me.
