OVERBOOKING AND JOURNEY POSTPHONEDE
I HAD BOOKDED 7 TICKETS FROM KOLKOTA TO VARANASI ON[protected] VIA FLIGHT NO 9W-2893. PNR NO ZHWMPR589 [protected] TO 589 [protected] . TICKET NUMBERS FROM THE DEPARTURE TIME WAS 14:25. I COULD REACH THE AIRPORT BY 13:35 DUE TO TRAFFIC JAM ( DUE TO VIP VISIT). WHEN I REACHED THE COUNTER, THE STAFF TOLD ME THAT ONE O[censored]S WILL HAVE TO TRAVE NEXT DAY AS THERE IS NO SEATS AVAILABLE. I REFUSED AS I WAS WITH MY FAMILY OF SEVEN AND MY NEXT PROGRAM...

While starting from Dubai I was carrying baggage/box of total weight of 30 Kg.
