Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories The issue that I have experienced was: I would like to say that order no. #FL[protected] has been picked up by Ajio partnered courier partner shadowfax Link to track ( https://tracker.shadowfax.in/#/track/[protected]FFDC423C2635A7133DF5/Rev/ ) also I have attached order picked up proof, but ajio is not updating the picked up status and not even giving my refund back Thankyou It occurred on: 15/01/2021 Update pickup status in ajio app and refund my money of Rs 424 I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
