Product not delivered and not responding

A product ordered from ajio reached near me on 18/04/24 even after theese days they are not delivering the product to me. After i decided to pickup the product directly from there facility but they are not connecting my call...

My order has been cancelled by shadowfax without any information

Myself Kayra Srivastava placed an order from flipkart which was delived by shadowfax my order has been cancelled by shadowfax withitself without any prior information after and also i didn't refund my money through flipkart my shadowfax order id is-

pLEASE HELP ME AND PROVIDE MY ORDER AS SSON AS POSSIBLE .

No return pickup but asking otp

Hi,
I have not placed any return pickup till now but getting call from ShadowFax number [protected] which is pressurising me to give an otp which they are sending. The person says that please give otp for return pickup and when I say that there is no return pickup then he says that ok, if you want to cancel the return then please provide cancellation otp which we have jist sent you. And they keep sending me otps and asks for it....

Product reached at destination from 4 days..but delivery not completed

Product reached at destination from 4 days..but delivery not completed. Fake delivery attempts were made in tracking information...no calls and information by delivery agent to me.

Worst experience.
I need the items at the earliest. But this is disgusting....

The pickup guy took the extra product that is not for pick up

I had put a return and exchage request for two seperate items on AJIO. the pick up guy took the return and exchage product with him but he came to collect only return item. After inly i know that he come for return item. Now i need the item for exchange it is with him/shadowfax office. I cant reach them. Please give my product

I want to return my product sandisk Ultra micro sd card

Yesterday, i want to return my sandisk ultra 128GB micro sd card. Delivery boy didn't came to my doorstep.. I call him then he tell me he is 500m far from my house and he told me to come there and give the product. Then his behaviour is vey bad and rude. He didn't picked my product and its shows pickup unsuccessful as the product failed the quality check. Even glowroad verified the product and accepted it to return but delivery boy didn't...

Regarding return for Ajio, tracking id R784967569AJI

I had a return pick up scheduled on 26 feb 2023 and the return item was picked up from my address as scheduled. On tracking this order (tracking id - R[protected]AJI) it is showing that shipment was received at Shadowfax’s facility on 26 feb 2023. Spam and Mental harassment

Today an agent called me for a pick up of my order at 9 AM, I said I am not available and asked if he can come some other time during the day today or tomorrow. He threatened me that if I don't give my order right now it will be cancelled.

After that when I hung up, he called me 10 times. This is harrasment and over all that Shadowfax has sent this message to me 15 times.

Return pickup delayed and pickup partner not reachable

I bought an item through ajio.then i requested for return. Ajio arranged the return pickup through shadowfax. its been 4 days everyday it sends message on WhatsApp that we are out for pickup but no one reaches me.now they are showing that pickup is on hold.mobile number provided by them is also not reachable.

Delayed shipment

The shipment reached the city I reside in 6 days ago but it has been in the facility ever since then. I couldn’t contact them as shadowfax customer care has an automated caller and they’re yet to contact me about any updates. After 6 days I received a mail today yet no update on my delivery. Pickup on hold

I have received a wrong product from glowroad.I initiate it for return request. Return request accepted from shadowfax. Last day they OFP and call me and request for reschedul Take a code for reschedul and put it on hold. I reached to shadowfax HI they use slang language multiple times. I want a step against of them. Why I take this headache....

Pickup is on hold
