Dear Madam/Sir,
I am sending this email to complain about the horrible and appalling service I have received from your colleague Shaiju (contact number [protected]), who I believe is working in your Cochin Branch. I approached Shaiju with regard to the process of submitting my wife's UK dependent/settlement visa application.
Although he briefed me on the procedure, I requested him to provide a list of all documents required to process the application. I have contacted him around 4 or 5 times, over the last two days, requesting a list of documents required to process the application, but in vain. At one point, his response, on my reminder for the list via whatsapp was, "Wait Sir I am in VFS, will send u". No apologies for the delay or no further response as promised.
I wanted to start the process and submit the application as soon as possible. However, from the lack of interest shown by your staff, I gather that Akbar Travels is not at all interested in my business.
I have been issuing tickets via your branches for over 10 years now. But please be informed that this would not be the case going forward. Hope you would enhance your staff training on customer service and basic manners.
