Akbar Travels — refund for flight booking during covid lockdown

I had booked my flight tickets via united airlines at[protected] & pnr gjgd5x booked on 8th feb for flight on apr 24th for 5 passengers. Since due to lockdown & covid situation, all flights orginating & terminating from mumbai airport were cancelled, i have asked for my full refund as per guidelines.

United airlines have very clearly told (Reg at[protected] & pnr gjgd5x) stating that they have authorized the refund but akbartravels have documented to be paid in cash. United don't have the computer mechanism to refund cash. We recommend you inquire with the travel agency you booked with. Akbar travels says we cannot issue refund & has told to contact airlines. I have been following up for more than a month now without proper response & ping pong of the issue from one table to other.
