I had already sent documents to their office and before sending those documents, I asked them to verify online. They told me all documents are perfect. I called them multiple times and they will respond saying that concerned person is busy and he/she will call back to you in 15-20 min. Finally I connected with them and they told, marriage certificate is required for my wife. I told them this was not told me before. Then they suggested to send marriage photographs and wedding invitation letter. I did that immediately but nobody is replying. Also when I connected for the first time they told it wont take more than 3-5 days. Now they are saying 8-10 days. This is not acceptable. Please escalate this so that I can get my visa and passport on time. I have also scheduled for my passport renewal but for that I need my old passport on time.
I am afraid I might lose my money because I had already booked hotels and flights.
Please share visa application number on email as soon as possible.
