As confirmed by the airline, a full refund has already been processed to your agency on 24/03/2026 and 26/03/2026. The refund has not been passed on to me, and multiple follow-ups from my side with Akbar Travels have been ignored without any proper response. My reference no. is QA[protected] for your further action. If there is any response within 48 hrs, I will escalate legal procedures.
