Feb 10th 2020 i booked an air india flight from akbar travels online. After booking i had received the travel ticket from the agent the different flight booking at some different time and date which i already used ticket (Received booking date was feb 03). And after two days i received an email from akbar travels “your refund request for following transaction is being processed and the money should reflect in your account within 5-7 business days. Transaction id: at[protected]r3, refund amount 24769.00” this is for totally more than 20000 rupees los.
I booked air india ticket on may 01st 2020, the total amount was 25000, but now the same booking i need to pay more than 45000 rupees for same day booking…
When i tried to call akbar travels, the customer support was showing very passive and totally irresponsible behaviour. They told me they make on mail for confirmation mail for the booking but the mail not yet received… Was this information helpful? |
