I have booked a ticket from singapore to hyerabad for 1st sep 2017.
In akabar travels web site on 12th aug 2017.
I have booked 2 tickets with baggage 20 kg in your site.
It costs around 17659 on that day.
I have completed billing,
But i have not received ticket.
I called to akabar travels ph number. They told with in 30 mins ticket will be conformed.
After half an hour i received ticket.
I have not observed my baggage in that ticket, after reaching airport they asked to pay for baggage. I told them that i have booked ticket with baggage, but akbar travel guy who booked my ticket forgot to mention my baggage in my ticket. For that i had paid 68 singapore dollars per head.
I booked for 2 adults=136 sgd i had paid in the airport.

I am requesting you to please refund my baggage charges because u have charged while booking ticket in your site.
