Akosha.com — Airtel not cleared my dues after 13th day

Dear Sir,

I ported my mobile number [protected] in month of July, 2021. I checked with Airtel for the due and settle the payment on their website www.Airtel.in on 16th July, 2021.

After 13 days my present operator Jio barred my services due to non clearance of my dues with previous operator i.e Airtel.

Since morning, I am chasing Airtel over email and also visited their Store but no one is supporting me and on top of it the store people said you have to make the payment again. This is unnecessary Harrasment for me. I shared all the proofs but still they aren't giving me proper feedback and asked me you have to made payment.

Attached payment proof along with message screenshot from Airtel 121 which shows they receive the payment on time.

I request you to please look into the matter and take necessary action against Airtel.

Already shows amount was debited on 16th July. It was double payment made by mistake.
