Akshara International School — Admission issue Unethical Behaviour

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am (Bindu Medhuri) Parent of Gajjala Havya Sree and Gajjala Sree Krishika writing this.

I got admission for my two children in Akshara International School for Grade 1 and Nursery on 07th April 2023, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I got transferred to Bangalore location which we did not even expect on 10th April 2023.

I have submitted hand written Admission withdrawal letter immediately along with the Transfer letter on 11th April 2023. Humbly requesting them to Return the money which I have paid.

I have paid the Admission Fee, 1st term fee and Books Fees as well in the interest of Joining my KIDS in the School.

I have contacted and requested School Management many times to Return at least the return the 1st term fees.

Then a person called Prerna she asked me write an Email for the same and promised me for some Solution.
They did not come back even after calling them many times till the school reopened.

Finally they said its not possible to refund/Return the paid fees back.

As a Middle class person we Expect to make our children educated in good Schools.

But I think these Educational Institutions are just doing Business rather than Educating Children., They don't have principals, Ethics and Values.
They don't understand the pain on Parents.

I almost paid 63000, A middle class person takes lot of months to save this money

The School name says "AKSHARA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL", but the Kukatpally branch is not affiliated to CBSE itself, they are making the 10th class children write exams from Other Branches, This is literally making public fools.
They make the Nursery and LKG KIDS to sleep on the floor, without mat also.

They kept on calling me till I take the admission and pay the Term1 fees, and offered many offers like Good Friday Offer and Hanuman Jayanthi offer in the month of April like sales men.
Public are really falling prey for this.

The staff still calls me to purchase school Uniform and fee for my KIDs even after submitting withdrawal form. But they dont take same responsibility to Refund or solve any Parents Issue.

My Humble Request to file a complaint against this.
Submitting all the Proofs which I Have.
