I have invested Rs 3 lac for acquiring a plot/villa/appt in your Alchemist township project at Park avenue Talwandi Firozpur in the month of sep 2014 and was assured of getting Rs 3000/- per month for a period of 3 years of which two cheques of PNB DT 3rd April & 3rd May 2015 have bounced and have not been honoured since by you. Also I haven't recieved any more amount from your end till date.Therefore I would like you to return my invested amount along with my dues at the earliest. Hope to get a positive response.
