All India Teleshopping — Cheated me and sold me a toy instead of mobile and talking vulgar when asked

I got a call from [protected] number offering Motorola mobile worth 17, 000/- for 3, 500/-. That person has been telling that he is from all India teleshopping, Mumbai. Don't know how they got my information. When I paid for the mobile it has a toy worth RS.5 in that. When I questioned them about this, that person started talking to me in a very rude and vulgar way.

If that is a real teleshopping company, then the executives should've been trained and the call must have been recorded. But it is not the case. That executive is not afraid of call being recorded.
