Allahabad Bank — Your bank Manager employee Demands

Dear Sir, Treat this as urgent. There is an employee named Samsung Phulpagar who also happens to be the secretary of the building where my family resides.
He is demanding my ITR Returns for 3 years to prove my filing. When asked on what capacity he says being a Manager of your esteemed bank he is entitled to.
Is it necessary for me to give it to him . He says he wants to know my credibility in the society. He also has a verbal abuse case on my minor son. All documented proofs available with me.
