I tried to place one order[protected] worth Rs-2160, were I got a E-gift card([protected]) worth Rs2000. So I decided to use that E-gift worth Rs2000 and remaing Rs160 balance with my upi. While making payment due to some network problem my upi transaction got failed but E-gift card has been redeemed. Now my order got failed and also my Rs2000 worth E-gift card has been redeemed for no product just for my failed order.I try to contact their customer care but I got only system generated e-mail and I lost my E-gift card worth rs.2000. Because of this I lost my valuable time and money.I keep on sending mail to their given mail id still they are not giving any response. Was this information helpful? |
