I ordered a blue jean from Allen Solly online store on 14.06.2022, but I didn't like it. So, I initiated a return on 18.06.2022. As per the Allen Solly refund policy they said the refund will be credited in 2-3 business days. But even after 10 days of returning the product they didn't refund the amount.
I dropped a mail to their Customer support, they responded that they have refunded the amount, but they have mentioned the UPI id wrongly. It was some other person's id, when I pointed their error, they simply said your query is resolved and that they've closed the ticket.
I've been running around nook and corner to get my rightful money to be refunded, their response is so poor and they don't have a toll free number to contact. I urge you to resolve this issue and help me get my refund amount of Rs.1, 326/- credited to my bank account at the earliest. Thanks.
