My sister bought white belly of your brand from allen solly showroom, phoenix mall, bangalore in the name of shreya babbar, on 28th july, 2018.
Its been hardly 15 days and the product has come to worse situation. The shoes has started to lose its stitch and thread is coming out of many places. The pictures of the same are attached with the mail. This inferior quality of product was least expected from the brand like yours.
Though i am a regular customer of allen solly but this purchase has left me in doubts related to my future purchases. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I hope i don't have to pass this incident to my friends and family to make sure that they won't have to face similar experiences by purchasing from you like i have faced.
