Sir, On date 01 jun 2018 i have recharged my airtel digital tv with rs. 315 which was hd package and the recharge was completed successfull. Since then there in no programme on my tv screen except advertisment channel number of 100. I spoke to customer care, they given the complaint registration number i. E 75485170 for technical issues, they said within 24 hours, the engineer will come to my home to solve the problems. Neither of engineer come nor the department any interest with their customer, such a disgusting attitude of ill-mannered company making mitting money with indulging words with their customers, despite i spoke a many times to solve the problems but with negative response. Either they did not refund my money nor took the feedback of the complaint. I wrote this complaint against such a money mitting airtel company for their negative responsible and ill-behaviour with teir customer. Hence i request you to take a necessary action for their blind behaviour and refund my money as soon as possible.
