Hello,
I have taken there star plan for 10 tickets in 21000 ruppes,
I used there 5 tickets and travelled also but after november 2017 when i was booking the ticket they were sending mail that your ticket not able to book due to inventory issue also they told they will refund the ticket money, i sent my bank acount detail to the alpfly in mail,
As of now there is total 5 ticket refund pending but they are not giving also they are not picking the phones and not rplying to tha mail.
Kindly support to get money back.
