I have purchase plan one for rs. 42k where they have to provide 10 air ticket in one year. But when i have approached for tickets they given excuses and assured to refund amount but even after one year still they have not refunded the amount. Now they have closed down there office, e-mail and telephone number. This is delhi based company.
I have written several mail to there directors as well but not of them replied.

I bought star one plan from alpfly by paying 41999 with offer of 10+5 tickets. But now they are not booking my ticket and not traceable. Even i try to trace their address in okhla but the premises is shutdown

As per the package provided by m/s alp fly, i had deposited rs 45, 999/- on 02.11.2017 for p-two plan package. Under this package i request for flight to and fro ticket booking from bhubaneswar to jaipur on 23.12.2017 & 29.12.2017. I have availed star plan of 10 flight tickets at 21999 & membership number is 55664 and from past 3 month i request the services for 6 tickets and they denied for providing services and the amount will be refunded. Please note that it is a fraud company. Directors of this company has committed a scam which in hundreds of crores of rupees. I am planning to lodge an fir against the all four directors of company in delhi. Those who have been cheated by this company may contact me along with documents of proof of cheating.

I had bought a metro package on alpfly.com by paying rs. 26999, but did not receive any tickets as per the package details, hence as per the t&cs of the website, i asked for a refund of my package within 30 days. These people took rs. 32999/- from me for 10 flight tickets anywhere in india.

After sometime when i tried to book the book ticket, 2 days before the departure they said that because of some situation they are not able to give me the ticket and hence cancelled my reservation.

As per company policy if ticket not provide they refund per ticket 3199/ with 10 days but not getting refund....

I purchased this plan they offered of 3199.
The service is so riduculous that no ones replies back for any mails or requests.
I have an upcoming travel which is of tomoro (19th dec 2017) for which i tried contacting them from all possible means which is by call mails and even their live chat but i havent got any replies.
