That the deponent is an Ex- Employee of Alten Calsoft Labs India Pvt Limited (ACL Digital) and was in service as Director for the period 1st June 2021 till 31st March 2023

Employee raised a complaint for Mental Harassment while in employment but instead of starting trail against accused, the company forces to make a forceful exit with in 24 hours.

The Plaintiff was forced to resign and was partially paid compensation for the forced termination but Variable Pay, Bonus and Gratuity etc was withheld and plaintiff was kept in dark about the settlement of the above mentioned items which is Rs 4.39.780 which is sizeable amount of the total payable by Alten Calsoft Labs India Pvt Ltd.

P R A Y E R

a) pass a decree against the Defendants jointly and severally to pay the sum of . 439, 780/- (RUPEES Four Lacs Thirty Nine thousand Seven Hundred & Eighty only) Along with pendent lite and future interest @24% per annum; and
b) Award the cost of suit in favour of the Plaintiff; and
c) Pass such other or further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts and the circumstances of the case for declaring Void-ab-initio the forceful illegal termination of the plaintiff as requested in the Suit for declaration.
