That the Senior officials of the Alten Calsoft Labs India Pvt Limited never heard and gave an opportunity of being heard against the open case of Mental Harassment & threats given by Immediate Supervisor Mr. Prashant Shankar but instead defendants forced the plaintiff to forcefully resign due to mental harassment complaint made by the plaintiff else also threatened to spoil the career of the Plaintiff otherwise and also never paid sizeable portion of the earned amount & compensation. This has led plaintiff to face Severe Financial losses & constraint due to forced abrupt termination on the basis of delivering justice & compensation to the plaintiff. Also, Plaintiff has lost all probable opportunities of getting re-employed due to the fact that defendants are verbally giving false Negative Feedback about the plaintiff to the prospect employers.
That the deponent is an Ex- Employee of Alten Calsoft Labs India Pvt Limited (ACL Digital) and was in service as Director for the period 1st June 2021 till 31st March 2023. That as a matter of fact the Appointment, was made by the defendant vide Appointment Letter document No. ___no reference number_ dated 01.06.2021 issued from the office of Vaidyanathan P Senior Director – HR & Admin. The copy of the Appointment Deed is enclosed herewith the plaint. That the deponent submitted his Complaint against Continuous ongoing Abuses, filthy words, Severe Intentional Mental Harassment with them from last 7 months (out of 21 months service duration), with HR Head Mr. Vaidyanathan P on 5th March 2023 after consulting with other Senior officials including Sreejith & Shalin P Doshi and deponent requested for IMMEDIATE RELIEF by way of Inter Departmental transfer and for initiating hearing for getting an opportunity to get lawful justice for which he assured me that I will be given an opportunity to meet CEO Mr. Ramandeep but no such opportunity was provided and Company on the contrary decided to keep me waiting and abruptly on 30th March at close of business hours, Company conveyed me that Position held by me has ceased and forced me to resign without any other option and also threatened me face dire consequences if I do not follow their instructions. My Supervisor Mr Prashant Shankar harshly threatened me if I do not resign then my future career will be spoiled through negative remarks, levying of false performance and disciplinary charges and non-payment of Salary & dues.
