Dear Team,
I buyed new battery for my r15 v4 bike on 17.02.2023 after 1 month i am facing battery issues for example when i go to my office meting after 3 days i come and check battery got down again i carry my battery to shop they are charged my battery and given its working fine if you have any issues next time i will reaplce battery they said and ask me to pay to 60 rs i asked why during battery is new they told me for reacharge battery need to pay then i payed.
Yesterday again i am facing same problem i visted shop they given me spare battery again they asking me to pay for reacharge battery again they given me spare battery.
Toady just few mins back i visted shop they said battery is wokring fine they told me please come after 2 days will check if again same issue i will call log with company until you need to use spare battery. TOday they used me bad words and then told me you complaint anyone we will not care this is the way they are terting the costumer
See this story everyday i need to go office with spare battery with afraid how can i work properly. so please help on this.
