Amazon — False assurance of refund | |||||
Sir, I bought a Philips Led mini lantern of Rs 720 on 4/4/2016. On same day when we tried to use it we found that 4 out of 16 led lights are not illuminating hence as per procedure on 5/4/2016 we requested for the refund from amazon and after multiple calls at last on 25/4/2016 pick up of the product was done by an amazon courier agent and I was told that within a week i will get the refund cheque through courier but till now my amount is not refunded and whenever we call the customer care we just get the assurance that within 24-48 hours we will get the mail regarding the but no mail at all. Sir We are fed up of calling customer care regarding our refund . It is already one month over since we returned the product but still nt got our money back . They are just giving assurance to the customer but not solving the problem. We dont know how to get our money. We are neither getting our money nor a replacement product.
