Amazon.in — Product is missing part | |||||
Hello sir, I vipul tiwari (Mob-[protected];him city madiyawan sitapur road lucknow up 226013) purchased a wd 2 tb hard disk from your amazon website. There was some problem with product. Product has not a sticker. I told my problem to amazon then they filled a a to z claim. And told me to wait for 15 days. After 15 days no solution was there then on 19 june they claim a guarantee form and told me to wait for again 10 days. Ok i waited. After that no result. And in this time when i called amazon, they gave me only a next date or some more time or wait for 48 hr. Again after 10 days no solution and they gave me again a new date and told me to wait for some more time. Ok. Again in july when i called them then your senior executive mr. Amit promised me that with in 3 days refund will be in your account. Again no solution. Again when i call amazon on 9 july then you again told me that i m filling guarantee form and wait for 10 days. Again they was asking me to contact to manufacturer. I contacted with manufacturer they said that your product has no sticker so no warranty. Now amazon is not doing any thing.
