Amazon India — after 7 days could not return my money at my account? | |||
Order #[protected] The box is to lose to open and the inside things are moving around it as it may be damage, the person who is deliver the same is not listen and very rode to my family members. Very bad experience from amazon. Is anyone contact me to tell me when i receive my mony back??? Even no one contact me, this item is purchased by me for my son's birthday but i could delivered him... I have booked one Netgear WNR614 N300 WI-FI Router (white) Rs.1198/sold by Cloudtail India private Liimited Delivery to Trichy Cell World, D ever Hall Complex, WB road, Trichy, Tamil Nadu on 06 09 2017.Tracking ID SK20103150.So far goods not received at shop. Usually, Amazon India take 3-4 business days to initiate the refund, only if paid by Net banking/Credit card/Debit card.
Plus 2-3 banking days to reflect in your bank account.
If you didn't the amount in the given date, then contact your bank.
Sometimes, bank use to hold the refund amount and it need to be cleared.
Don't worry, your money is safe !
