Amazon India — amazon address verification, account locked | |||
I have ordered gift cards to my family members using my credit card. Orders cancelled and then my account was kept on hold for address verification. I have submitted my credit card statement which is same the billing address and all are correct. But they were saying that it was wrong. My amazon account is already KYC verified. I have 6600/- amazon pay balance in my account. They are not allowing me to order. I have provided all the correct information, but they are not unlocking account [protected]@gmail.com. Please resolve the issue and take proper action since it doesn't support phone service to this address verification team. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
