Amazon India — Amazon guarantted delivery claim not fulfilled

3 products claim guaranteed delivery by 03 november, 2016
2 products no such claim

Seller is same for all 5 products.

After purchase, delivery estimate given as 05 - 07 november, 2016 for all 5 items.
Customer representative and associates giving excuses. But none standing up to amazon's strong claim of guaranteed delivery for those 3 products.
I bought the products from the particular seller even though he was selling the product at higher prices because of amazon's claim of guarantee delivery.
These dates were no where challenged except after the purchase.
I need the products as mentioned by the claim.
