Hi Team,
I have ordered Fireboltt Ring Pro Bluetooth Silver Grey colour(Rs4599) on[protected] from Amazon application and it was delivered on[protected]. Same day i have requested for return request as the colour was not full grey and it was not good on my hand.
I have requested for return and the pickup was scheduled for[protected] and the amazon agent collected the product(Fireboltt Ring Pro Bluetooth Silver Grey) from my home on[protected] at 2:22PM and reviewed the product, opened the box, and took a picture of watch in front of me in his phone.
Amazon team customer care also called me for the refund or exchange and i have requested for Refund only.
From the date[protected] the status was showing as "Your item is on the way and the Refund will be initiated."
I waited for a long time and called Amazon customer care on[protected] and enquired about my refund. Then they said on call that the wrong item(Lamp) has been sent so Refund is on hold.
Since then I have been writing the mails and I am getting the same reply everytime to return the right product.
I have questioned below points to them.
1) How can I return the product when I already returned the product?
2) I have clearly mentioned your amazon agent has reviewed, opened the box, Smart watch, It's charger, Taken a pic in front of me and then only collected from me.
3) I have handed over the product to your amazon agent and he has verified and confirmed that the product was correct. But you have received the wrong item. Who is the thief here?
4) I am continuously asking to enquiry your Amazon Agent or Shipping team where the product was exchanged.but why are you guys not doing it?
5) I have given bad feedback on the Fireboltt Ring Pro Smartwatch performance. Are you guys taking revenge on me for that?
6) What's the role of an Amazon agent here? He totally verified the product and reviewed the product that it is the right item? Why are you guys reaching customers here that the wrong item was returned?
7) It is clearly visible that the agent has replaced the Fireboltt smartwatch with the wrong product(lamp). Are you guys not getting that? Why don't you reach out to his boss or his management? Why don't you escalate to their management?
I am totally fed up for giving reply to amazon stupid mails and not at all working on the resolution even though the solution is clearly visible.

Request you to please help me on getting my money Rs4599 back.
