[Resolved] Amazon India — Amazon's service center | |||
I am highly disappointed with Amazon's service center. I had placed an order for an iphone6 cover which was for 2499 rupees but due to the poor quality had returned it back on the 12th of November 2014. As we had returned the product back to the company, they have been claiming that they had not recived it back. I have the recipt as a proof for the company receiving the product and also have sent it to the company. In spite of calling them several times in a day and being promised for a solution, noone is taking an effort to resolve this problem. I have also spoken to the manager Mr. Pranav about this but it seems that he had been fooling around with the customer and as well as not helping me out. This is one of the worst e-commerce I have been through and have been wasting my time explaining each and every employee my problem, but none of them was ready to take an action. My temper had been tested and Amazon forced me to take this step. Was this information helpful? | |||
