Amazon India — Amount debited but order not successful

Sir, i have make a payment of Rs 6999 towards Amazon.in using SBI internet banking on 1st september 2015 for mi redmi2 prime .My Order Id is[protected] . Amount has been debited from my SBI bank Account but the order was unsuccessful. till now i have not received any message or mail regarding the refund of the amount.
