Hi sir I booked two Bluetooth headsets in amazon Cash on delivery product delivered on 11.5.16 that day I am in office so mom received the product and paid for two evening came and open the parcel only one on box but paid for two I contact the seller that seller told don't worry I sent it tomorrow or day after tomorrow Thn inform to amazon customer care also customer care person maimuna told don't worry I spoke with seller u will receive product with in 48 hours and retailer sent the confirm message in email but I don't received any email from amazon and retailer again I called customer after two day customer care person told I am trying to retail he not picking the phone I am also call the retailer he not attend the call worst delivery service and worst action in amazon I want my product or my refund I attached the amazon mail and product details Was this information helpful? | |||||
