Amazon India — complaint about the delivery boy

Amazon is worst shopping site...buy from offline stores only

today delivery boy called me at 2:30pm as i was busy i said to him i cannot come down becoz i was not having cash n he said he will send a link i said its ok n i told i dont have smartphone plz come come to my flat n deliver the product i m having laptop how can i come down .he said i m not going to deliver as my flat is on 4th floor .i said i m busy plz deliver me he said i m not going to come finally i left my work n came down n i said why u didnt came he said ur flat is on 4th floor i cannot n gave me an excuse that i can only deliver to 2nd floor not to 4th floor n i said i will complaint then he replied me in rude then go n complain

Why your delivery boy not able to come up I paid delivery charges of 80/- rs for fast delivery then why he called me and said me to collect my parcel
It's not good for amazon please improve your system of working

My order is with delivery boy .I need it urgently I m calling him but not responding .poor service.

I had a Amazon delivery man who delivered two times.both times he was goofing total.then forgot to scan barcode. N kept rining bell continously.He didnt hve patience of few min.first tine inkept quite. Again he went n came back to scan.this tike he kept ringing like mad. Today he came with another delivery n rang like mad.we all in home ran tense if any emergency happened. What nonsense is this. I warned him that i dont want him to lose job.n I[censored]r alloted this area again n behave in this way.I will complain about you. These ppl really mannerless.I feel bad as we in my family make a point to offer water in summer.n r polite wid them.

Today at 1:46 amazon delivery boy call. I told him I am eating please come upstairs he was saying that no we are not allowed as it is a hostel. This was my 3rd order 1 st order he delivered at my flat.now he is telling me rules that he can't come.i told him I am having my class at 2 I am in hurry so I told him ohk wait for 10 minutes. Then I go down he is so restless he called me again and said he is getting late as if I am free. I told him I am on my way. I confront him that previous order was delivered at my door why not this one so he said I don't know who is that guy who delivered but we are not allowed as I was not sure that he is same guy or not but then I remember his number that earlier also I received a call from that number.I called him and told him that you are the only one who give me order at my door as I checked your number on my phone so he replied that so what it doesn't matter let it be.
During my second order I requested the same guy that I am having my class can you deliver it after 6:30 pm. Then he was so rude just that it is my work to receive order not his to give order when person can receive.

Today I received a parcel on COD. Its price was 499. So I gave him Rs. 500. And he said he doesnt have change. So he take Rs. 500 from me. Is it legal ? It is not matter of Rs.1. Its matter of service you provide to your customer.

on 2-May-2019, "Your Orders" section shows that delivery was attempted at 2nd/ 6.51 PM for my tablet.
This is a Lie.
The delivery boy did not come to my residence.
My wife took delivery of another order on Amazon (Tablet Cover) at 2nd/ 7.15 pm. We left the house only at 7.20 pm

Amazon should have a system for complain against the False reporting by the Delivery Boys.

This delivery guy are not responding to the customer properly ... speaking rudely to the customer

Delivery boy does not come to the place nd also nt responded to call I have not received the product also. tracking of the Order says product delivered safely to the customer very bad service.

That delivery boy is confedent to manage even for his bad behaviour, and saying like i can manage all the complaints against me that is not a big issue for me like that, And he not delivery the products to the address

I have palced an Order on 18th of aug...And its delivery date was 24 aug..Today i got the msg that my parcel is arriving today and also Got the delivery boy's number I am calling him But no response is there From him.. Its his responsibility to call back me but your service is Getting worst and worst Day by Day... Last time Same parcel got cancelled and the boy was tremendous rude..

Delivery address is right but delivery boy Courier send to the other address

Delivery boy does not come to my house, he calls me 1 km away to take delivery and he says that my boss does not let me come to your house and the delivery boy's behavior is rude. I go away 1km daily to take delivery and i want that the delivery boy come to my house.so please take attention on this matter.

Delivery boy vishu does not come to my house, he calls me 200m away to take delivery and he says that my order will be cancelled and return and the delivery boy's behavior is rude. I go away 200 m daily to take delivery and i want that the delivery boy come to my house.because of my leg injury so please take attention on this matter

Today I received one of my oder and i have done payment two time because of the delivery guy. He told me I didn’t receive the pyment and he is started fighting with me and also he snatch the parcel from my hand and started shouting on me. I told him that i payment is done from my end but still he was very loud to me also my neighbor and everyone get together in the society because of that delivery guy. He was telling that he is going to complain about me. Firstly he was very rude no body is going to tolerate this kind of behaviour. I need strict action in this.

ur amazon delivery person got extra 100rs from my neighbour & left the pack but in my bill it was charged 398 rs only, order no is[protected], i do not know the person name, i called him again for this money he is not responding properly and while scaning code the amount will display know then why the person got extra 100 rs from neighbour, is this the way amazon person working a, ur not providing salary for them a, COD means they need to check carefully and do their work, i am verymuch disappointed with amazon sevice now a days, . Amazon is not good thats it .very very bad experiance

Delivery partners of Amazon nowadays seriously misbehaving; from last few weeks, a particular deliver boy has become mental harassment for me. On my last order, His demand when he entered my society was, " I have come half way, Now you come half way". When I said I cannot come because I was busy, His second was, "Okay, I am not going to deliver your order, go complain about me to Amazon.

Now, on my second order, I was not home; I was in college, so I called on delivery number provided by amazon. That same delivery boy took the call. I requested him to handover my parcel to my mother, as I was not home. He recognized me by my name. And his demand yet another time, was that, "I will give the parcel only if your mother comes to the main gate". And again the same sentence, "Go complain about me, I will not come"
I immediately called Amazon customer care, and what they did is just rescheduled my order.

NOTE- I ordered Samsung Note 9, and below, 'ORDER NOW' it was written, 'Order within few hours to get it on Monday'.

I needed that Samsung NOTE Series phone for study purpose in my college. I had to attend my college the next day. so I ordered it right away. So now tell me, Is this justice done, Amazon's condition was that if I ordered it on their time. they will deliver me on the date promised.

and what happened, I went college without phone. and what amazon did was just rescheduling my order. This is not justice. Action should be taken against that deliver boy for talking rudely and for that Goon type attitude that "Go, complain about me to Amazon''.
