Amazon India — Complaint regarding faulty product - lenovo phab plus tablet flip cover (6.8 inch) | |||
Hi We purchased lenovo phab plus tablet (6.8 inches) from amazon.in on 13th september 2016 and delivered on 16th september 2016. The piece That we got is defective as image quality is very poor. As per your Website policy, if customer is not satisfied with the product, he or He can request the refund within 10 days. We contacted the customer Care on 4th or 5th day for the refund, as there is some error while Requesting the refund through the portal. So every time customer Representative told us to make a refund request next day as there is Ome issue with the system. But today, when we called again, they told Us that your 10 days window got over and you are not entitled for the Refund. As a customer, i am really very dissatisfied with the service As i was talking to the customer care from last 4-5 days. I am also Attaching the phone conversation between customer care and myself. So Request you to please process my refund.
